Trend Report: What’s Hot in Fine Jewelry from JCK Luxury Las Vegas

Earlier this month, I had the exciting opportunity to attend the JCK Luxury Show in Las Vegas—one of the world’s largest and most prestigious jewelry trade events. This annual show draws top designers, retailers, and gem experts from across the globe, and it’s where the next big trends in fine jewelry are discovered. We came to find fresh talent, innovative designs, and the next wave of styles our clients will love—and we weren’t disappointed.

After several inspiring days exploring the latest collections and speaking with designers, here are the standout trends that caught our eye:

Green is Having a Moment
Green stones were everywhere on the show floor, and it’s easy to see why. Green amethyst (also known as prasiolite) is gaining popularity for its soft, ethereal hue. Malachite continues to charm with its bold, natural striping, and of course, classic emeralds are shining brighter than ever. We also saw a rise in green spinel—an often underrated gemstone that offers rich, vibrant color and exceptional brilliance. Whether as statement centerpieces or subtle pops of color, green is the new neutral—and it pairs beautifully with both gold and white metal settings.

Cabochon-Cut Gemstones
Smooth, domed cabochon cuts are making a strong return, offering a softer, more organic feel compared to traditional faceted stones. Designers are leaning into this vintage-inspired style, especially for colored gemstones. The cabochon cut adds a timeless, almost mystical quality that feels both luxurious and wearable.

Bezel Settings

Clean lines and modern settings are trending, and bezel-set stones are leading the way. Whether it’s a bold solitaire diamond or a colorful gemstone, bezel settings offer a sleek, contemporary look while also providing added security—perfect for everyday luxury.

Bypass Rings

Bypass rings are making a stylish return, offering a fresh twist on classic ring design. Bypass rings create a dynamic, open silhouette that feels both elegant and contemporary. This design allows for creative stone placement—think twin gemstones, negative space, or asymmetrical accents—making each piece feel artful and unique. Whether bold or delicate, bypass rings are a standout trend for those looking for something unexpected and modern.

The Return of White Gold
While yellow gold leading the conversation in recent years, white gold is officially making a comeback. Its crisp, cool tone is especially striking when paired with vivid colored stones or bezel-set diamonds. We saw it featured prominently across both minimalist and statement pieces.

Men’s Jewelry on the Rise

One of the most exciting shifts we noticed at JCK Luxury this year was the growing presence—and demand—for men’s jewelry. Designers are expanding their collections to include bold, refined pieces tailored specifically for men, from chunky chains and signet rings to leather accents and gemstone bracelets. Mixed metals are also trending strongly in men's styles, with combinations of white, yellow, and blackened metals offering a modern, masculine edge. It’s clear that men’s jewelry is no longer an afterthought—it's becoming a defining part of personal style, and we’re excited to bring more of these pieces into our showcases.

We’re so excited to bring these trends—and the designers behind them—into our showcases. You’ll see a mix of fresh new talent alongside some of our longtime favorite designers, many of whom are debuting exciting new looks and updated collections. Whether you're drawn to bold color, sleek settings, or timeless elegance, there’s something truly special coming your way. Stay tuned as we begin unveiling these new pieces inspired by what we discovered at JCK. If you’re as excited as we are, stop by soon or follow us on social for a first look at what’s next in fine jewelry.

More of What’s Hot: Personal Style Takes Center Stage

Beyond the standout themes we’ve already shared, one thing is clear—self-expression is driving fine jewelry in bold new directions. Color is leading the charge, with bright, unexpected palettes making even classic silhouettes feel fresh again. From vivid gemstone stacks to enamel and gemstone details, jewelry is getting more playful, artistic, and expressive.

Layering is also evolving, and it’s not just limited to necklaces and bracelets anymore. We saw curated ears styled with double and triple foe-piercings featuring mismatched studs, hoops, and ear cuffs—creating dynamic, layered looks that feel uniquely personal.
Chunky, statement-making pieces were everywhere—from oversized gold chains to sculptural rings and bangles. These pieces aren’t just accessories—they’re conversation starters, adding drama and edge to any look.

And finally, custom design and individuality are more important than ever. Whether through birthstones, engravings, or one-of-a-kind layouts, today’s fine jewelry is all about telling your story. This growing demand for personal expression has designers pushing boundaries and creating pieces that feel as distinctive as the people wearing them.
