Refund policy

Returns
We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@braunschweiger.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels and do not cover return shipping expenses.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom, altered, sized, or personalized items
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

All Clearance and Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange or store credit.

All exchange requests must meet the same condition requirements outlined in our return policy.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
